1. Acceptance and operator
By creating an account, booking or purchasing, you accept these terms and the Privacy and data use policy. The service operates under the Real Training Santa Teresa trade name in Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Questions: info@realtrainingcr.com.
2. Member account
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and notify us of unauthorized use. Accounts are personal. We may request identity or residency verification when required by a rate, benefit or service security.
3. Plans, bookings and access
- The plan name, price, currency, validity, recurrence and applicable benefits are shown before purchase confirmation.
- Resident memberships may require valid proof before activation or continued eligibility.
- Bookings depend on the schedule and availability displayed. Session time, coach or workout type may change for operational reasons.
- Late-cancellation or no-show rules displayed during booking form part of these terms.
- Access may be suspended for non-payment, misuse, false information or conduct that compromises safety.
4. Online payments
ONVO processes payments and may request data required for authorization, fraud prevention and reconciliation. Real Training does not receive or store the full card number or security code. Before payment you will see the amount, currency, plan and whether the charge is one-time or recurring. Purchase completion is subject to ONVO electronic confirmation.
5. Renewals and cancellation
By purchasing a monthly plan, you authorize recurring charges for the displayed amount and frequency until cancellation is requested. Manage or request cancellation from your account before the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless stated otherwise or required by law, current access continues through the paid period.
6. Refunds and corrections
If you find a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, unrecognized purchase or a service Real Training could not provide, contact us promptly with the account email and transaction reference. We will assess refund, reversal, credit or rescheduling according to use status, cause and applicable law. Missing a booked session does not by itself create an automatic refund.
7. Codes and promotions
Codes may be personal and subject to dates, capacity, eligible plans or residency validation. They are not cash, are not published as a general offer and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Fraudulently obtained or used codes may be invalidated.
8. Health, safety and conduct
Physical activity involves risk. Tell the team about relevant conditions, follow instructions and train within your abilities. Seek medical advice before training if you have health concerns. Real Training may limit activity when reasonably necessary for safety.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep information and access available, but maintenance, provider failures, schedule changes or events beyond our control may occur. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liabilities that Costa Rican law does not allow us to exclude.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms for operational or legal changes. Material revisions will be posted with a new date and, where appropriate, presented again before a purchase. Costa Rican law applies and competent authorities retain their lawful powers.
